Drawing from his PhD research, Information-Processing and Leadership in School Principals: Cognitive-Experiential Self Theory and Transformational Leadership, Tom has long collaborated with senior leaders and school principals to enhance their leadership and management capabilities.
Tom has developed the Cognitive-Experiential Leadership Model and the Guided Reflection Model, tools designed to refine conflict handling and coping strategies. His decades of experience and knowledge gained from the General Management and Health Care Delivery Programs at Harvard Business School position him perfectly for actionable leadership development.

Tom has additional expertise in healthcare delivery within educational settings. After completing the Managing Health Care Delivery Program at Harvard Business School, he began partnering with schools, and other organizations, to design and manage effective health delivery strategies that align with strategic plans, ensuring that client wellbeing remains a high priority.
